Law and the Inner Self: A Workshop

The Law and the Inner Self team is delighted to be participating in a workshop on the theme of our project at the Centre for Privacy Studies, University of Copenhagen on 26th September 2025.
The focus of this workshop will be the research on our first three bodies of jurisprudence:
The Jurisprudence of the Medieval Lawyers, both civil law and canon law
The Jurisprudence of the Legal Humanism and Natural Law
The Jurisprudence of the Enlightenment
Dr Paolo Astorri of the Centre for Privacy Studies will act as a discussant and Dr Lars Cyril Nørgaard of the University of Copenhagen will present his own research at the workshop.
