Law and the Inner Self
Once we have completed our research on the first and second objectives of the project, our ambition is to produce a book which will provide a transhistorical study of how personality rights have given expression to the inner self over time and what this tells us about the evolution and nature of the idea of the inner self in the socio-cultural background.
